From classic Indian sandstone to porcelain plank and reclaimed London stock brick, we design and hand-build patios that look right on a Georgian townhouse, a Kent cottage or a new-build family garden. Every patio is laid on a full mortar bed with proper falls, brushed-in joints and clean cut detail to walls and steps.

What a Land Home patio includes
Site clear and excavation, 100mm Type 1 sub-base, full mortar bed (not spot-and-dab), 1:80 falls for drainage, cut-in to walls and steps, brush-in resin jointing compound and a final clean down. Optional sealing, step construction, walls, lighting and planting borders all handled by the same team.
